SHOOK HANDS TO BUY IT, only to then go inside and sit down and be told "oh by the way, its 5 grand more than the price on the website, sorry we had it priced wrong". He called back when he said he would (very promptly), and was even able to reduce the bill a little. Ed fully explained everything, even going to do additional research himself. After our initial conversation about the estimate, I began to question the charges, so I called back. My car is 17 years old, so I was naturally leery about being overcharged. Thanks, Harvey! I had been looking for a while and at other dealerships and was always advised of any problems with the cars. But there was absolutely NO disclosure of existing problems.

You are on your own~=!! I neglected to notice that the headliner was falling off the car in the back, that the radio did not work, and that the driver's side mirror was broken. I would like to caution anyone buying a used car from this company that I was advised that they do NOT inspect the trade-ins that they offer for sale. The salesman that helped me is no longer with the company. User ( 01:05) Let me begin by saying that I love my car that I purchased at Breakaway Honda. Went down the street to another dealership and paid 2500 for a car and they were happy to take my money. We went on a test drive, I loved the car and was going to buy it, this car was only $2000, was told when buying the other car that we could put 2000 on it, but they would not take payment other than check. So fast forward a couple of weeks and I saw another used car that would have been perfect for my daughter, I wanted to use the same salesmam, but he was at lunch, no big deal, the salesman that took care of me seemed like I was waisting his time. Then after we left we had a question about plates, my wife and Iboth called, three times and left a voicemail for the guy who handles that, he never returned our calls. So, no big deal, we wrote a check for the entire amount. we were told that it was because of the cost of the car.

We were paying cash for the car, but could not use a card due to their policy, they wanted either half the car on the card, and half paid by check, or total cost paid by check.
